Ingredients

WHEAT flour, water, sugar, 9,3% raisins, yeast, rapeseed oil, WHEAT GLUTEN, cardamom, salt, emulsifier (vegetable E472e and E471), flour treatment agent (E300), enzymes (amylase, xylanase, hemicellulase). May contain traces of sesame seeds, milk, almond, soy.

Storage & handling

Temperature min -18°C. Do not defreeze after thawing.

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the refridgerator. The buns must be proofed at 37°C in 40-45 minutes. Bake at approx. 180°C for 7-9 minutes.
