The Triangle Sandwich with carrot is sliced and has a moist crumb and a fine, thin crust. Carrots add a light and sweet taste and, in combination with added carrot concentrate, give the bread a beautiful, golden colour which sits in beautiful contrast to the sesame seeds on top.

At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
Defrost on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in a plastic bag overnight in the fridge. The products are then ready for serving. Can possibly be baked for max. 5 minutes at 190°C in a hot air oven.
