Ingredients 10 Balder breads Yellow pea mix: 400 grams of peas, olive oil, black garlic, turmeric, water or broth 200 grams of maché lettuce 500 grams of halloumi 300 grams of quick pickled carrots 100 grams of bean sprouts/shoots Instructions Cook the yellow peas in broth or water to make them tender but not too mushy Blend the peas to a smooth purée with a food processor or blender.
