The crust has a roasted aroma, while the crumb has an open texture and an airy consistency. The flavor is rich and nuanced with structure from the seeds and grains, as well as slightly tangy notes from malt. Easy to eat, it retains freshness and quality after preparation. Defrost on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in a plastic bag overnight in the fridge. The products are then ready for serving. Can be baked max. 5 min at 190 °C in a convection oven.
