These Rustic Durum Sandwich Rolls contain wholegrain wheat flour, durum wheat, oat flakes and sourdough. The barley malt extract ensures the dark colour and a touch of sweetness as a contrast to the sourdough. As the rolls are baked in a stone oven, the crust is crisp and crunchy. The rolls bear the Nordic Keyhole symbol.
