The Café Burger Bun with sesame is a classic burger bun with a home-baked look because it is baked in a stone oven rather than a baking tin. The buns are made with durum wheat, bolted rye flour, oat flakes and sourdough. The crust is sprinkled with sesame seeds to give it the right authentic American burger bun look.

Defrost on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in a plastic bag overnight in the fridge. The products are then ready for serving. Can be baked max. 5 min at 190 °C in a convection oven.
