Buffalo Burger Buns are our extra large, deliciously soft, precut and baked with sourdough to give a denser crumb. The bread is characterised by a wheat flour-sprinkled pattern that ensures that both taste and appearance are something special. The bun measures approx. 130 millimetres in diameter.

Thaw for 3-4 hours in a closed bag at room temperature. Bake at 200 ° C (hot air 180 ° C) for approx. 2 min.
