Apple Crown

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Wheat Flour), Margarine (Palm-, Canola- and/or Coconut Oil, Water, Mono and Diglycerides, Salt, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Beta Carotene [Color]), Apple Filling (Apples, Sugar, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Water, Corn Starch, Lemon Juice, Potassium Sorbate [Preservative]), Water, Sugar, Egg (Eggs, Salt) Yeast, Glaze (Water, Isomalt, Sugar, Agar, Potassium Sorbate [Preservative], Citric Acid), Wheat Gluten, Wheat- and Tapioca or Potato Starch, Almond Paste (Almonds, Sugar, Water, Potassium Sorbate [Preservative]), Pectin or Tara Gum, Natural Flavor, Improver (Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes). ICING: Powdered Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup Contains: Wheat, Almond, Eggs. May contain: Tree Nuts (pecans, pistachios, hazelnuts) and Sesame Seeds.

At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.

Pan frozen in 3 x 4 configuration, 2" apart. Bake from frozen state in pre-heated oven 17-19 minutes at 410°F rack/deck oven, 360°F convection oven until golden brown - Do not proof. Apply icing in a thin zig zag pattern while still warm. Allow to cool. Baked products to be consumed within 24 hours.
