The croissant is brushed with egg, which gives the surface a beautiful golden color, and then sprinkled with chopped chocolate. Decoration: chocolate (cocoa solids: 35 % minimum) :(sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (E322 (SOJA))), EGG.
