Pastry Rolls

Pastry Rolls are made from a laminated dough with as many as 36 layers to achieve just the right volume in the rolls. The dough is folded around a core filling – and, of course, the rolls are sprinkled with blue poppy seeds as they should be. Our poppy seeds are especially selected for their mild and nutty taste and their great appearance.

WHEAT flour, water, palm oil, sugar, rapeseed oil, poppy seeds 2%, ALMONDS 1,5%, yeast, pasteurized EGG, modified starch, salt, emulsifiers (vegetable, E471), stabilizer (E440), coconut oil, acidity regulator (E330), WHEAT malt flour, flour treatment agent (E300, alpha-amylase and xylanase and transglutaminase and glucoamylase (WHEAT)), natural flavoring, vitamin A. May contain traces of sesame seeds, pecan- and hazelnuts.

At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.

Directly from frozen into pre-heated oven at 190°C (convection oven). Bake for 18 minutes. The products can advantageously be thawed 20 minutes before baking. Baked products to be consumed within 24 hours.
