Part Baked White Petit Pain

A part baked traditional white, French petit pain with a soft crumb and crisp golden crust, finished with a decorative top cut. On average 120mm (approx. 4½") in length. The perfect bread roll or sandwich carrier for a café, coffee shop, restaurant, hotel or contract caterer.

Storage & handling
Can be stored until the best before date of stored at –18ºC or below. Bake from frozen. Once the baguettes have been baked, we recommend that they are consumed within 4 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
Preheat oven to 200oC (gas mark 6). Bake product from frozen for 8 – 10 minutes until golden brown. For ovens with steam injection facility, inject steam for 10 seconds at start of baking.
