Our Mazarin is a cake divided into portions. It consists of a crisp dough and a delicious and very characteristic almond filling. The uses of the Mazarin Cake are innumerable; it can be used as it is, decorated with glaze and nuts or served with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Margarine (palm fat, rapeseed- and coconut oil, water, salt, emulsifier (vegetable (E471), acidity regulator (E330), natural flavoring substance, vitamin A), WHEAT flour, almond mass 24% (ALMONDS 13%, sugar, water, glucose syrup), sugar, water, whole EGG powder, raising agent (E503), flavouring, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain trace of pecan nuts and milk.
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
Directly from frozen into pre-heated oven at 190°C (convection oven). Bake for 18 minutes. Ovens vary, so adjust temperature, not time. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before decorating.
