Water, sifted RYE flour 29%, RYE kernels 12%, whole grain RYE flour 7%, sunflower seeds 6.5%, flaxseeds 5.5%, BARLEY malt extract, iodized salt, vinegar, yeast, syrup, rapeseed oil, BARLEY malt flour, enzymes (WHEAT), sourdough culture.

Thaw the products covered with plastic or in a plastic bag for 3-6 hours or during the night in the fridge. Bake for 11 minutes at 190°C (air oven).
