Storage store at temperature ≤ -18 ᵒC. Thaw one unopened package at 18 - 30 ᵒC for 12-18 hours. All moisture inside of package must be reabsorbed before opening. Store defrosted buns for maximum 48 h in unopened package at the temperature up to 25 ᵒC. Defrosted product should not be refrozen. After thawing, buns grill 60 seconds at temperature 230 ᵒC. Other equipment requires individual adjustment of baking time and temperature.
