Pinsa Classica Grande is an authentic Italian pinsa in a rectangular shape with a characteristic, rustic appearance. Pinsa is a pre-baked, airy bread with a crispy crust with air bubbles and a soft, juicy crumb, making it easy to work with. The pinsa is baked with wheat, soy, and rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, and a high proportion of water and sourdough, giving the pinsa its well-known, slightly sour taste and subtle sweetness that complements a wide range of toppings and fillings. Serve Pinsa Classica Grande as a classic pinsa with toppings, as bread for meals, sandwich bread, side bread – or as a dessert with melted chocolate and seasonal berries. Thaw the pinsa for about 20 minutes and heat it at 250°C for 5-8 minutes depending on the oven type and desired crispiness. Pinsa Classica Grande is 31x36 cm and packed in bags of 3x420 g.
