Wholemeal Carrot Loaf is a wholemeal version of our classic Carrot Loaf and bears the Nordic Keyhole symbol. The bread is baked in a stone oven and made of wholemeal wheat flour, sunflower seeds, carrots and sourdough. A handsome loaf with a delicious golden crumb.

Wholegrain WHEAT flour37%, water, WHEAT flour, carrots 8%, sunflower seeds, rapeseed oil, WHEAT gluten, sugar, salt with added iodine, dried sourdough ( WHEAT flour, sourdough culture), yeast, carrot concentrate, RYE flour, emulsifier (vegetable E472e), dextrose, WHEAT malt flour, enzymes (WHEAT), flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of sesame seeds and walnuts.
At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
Thaw the products covered with plastic or in a plastic bag for minimum 3-6 hours or during the night in the fridge. Bake for 11 minutes at 190°C (air oven).
