WHEAT flour, water, sugar, vegetable fat and oil (rapeseed, coconut), ALMOND 4,4%, BUTTER 4,2%, yeast, cardamom, MILK powder, WHEAT GLUTEN, inverted sugar syrup, salt, EGG powder, modified starch, WHEAT sourdough (water, fermented WHEAT flour), emulsifier (E472e), CREAM powder, colour (beta-carotene), thickener (E401), preservative (E202), flavourings, enzymes, flour treatment agent (E300).

Storage at -18°C or colder

Thaw overnight in the fridge (2°C) or in room temperature for 60 min. Shape the dough piece round and place in the bun form. Proof for 45-55 minutes in proofing cabinet (35-37°C, r.H. 70%). Bake at 200-205°C for 6-8 min.
