WHEAT flour, 19.7% cinnamon filling (sugar, water, vegetable oil (coconut and rapeseed), thickener (E1414, E415), 3.3% cinnamon, glucose syrup, WHEAT flour, corn flour, salt, preservative (E202), emulsifier (E471) , acidity regulator (E330), color (E160a)), water, sugar, butter (MILK), yeast, rapeseed oil, WHEAT gluten, cardamom, salt, emulsifier (vegetable E472e, E471), flour treatment agent (E300), enzymes (amylase, xylanase, hemicellulase). May contain traces of soy, almonds and sesame seeds.

Storage & handling

Temperature min -18°C. Do not defreeze after thawing.

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the refridgerator. The buns must be proofed at 37°C in 40-50 minutes. Bake at approx. 180° C for 8-10 minutes.
