Ingredients 10 Potato burger bun BBQ jackfruit: Canned jackfruit Olive oil Onions Garlic Salt&pepper BBQ sauce Avocado Micro greens Salty pretzels Instructions Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons of oil. Once hot, add onion and garlic and cook for 5 min until fragrant. Season with a little salt and pepper and stir occasionally so the garlic doesn’t burn. Add shredded jackfruit and spices into the pan. Lower the heat and let it cook for few minutes with the spices before adding BBQ sauce. Add sauce and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Avocado mayo - smash avocado, add olive oil and mustard. Spread avocado mayo on both parts of the bun. Add BBQ jackfruit and micro greens. Close the burger and decorate with small salty pretzels, on the sides of burger.
