Ingredients

For patty: 

  • 800 g black beans (well drained)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 burger buns
  • 300 g vegan fraiche or soy yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 300 g fine rolled oats
  • Dash of pepper
  • Oil (for frying)

 For cashew sauce:

  • 450 g cashews
  • 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 180 ml water
  • 3 big mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 big tomatoes (sliced)
  • Lettuce
