Ingredients 1,5 kg Pulled pork 100g Teriyaki sauce Sesame seed oil Mayonnaise Wasabi Japanese pickled ginger Lettuce Pickled red onion Instructions Toast the hamburger bun, usually brushed with a little oil or butter to gloss up the bread. Cook some big pieces of pulled pork together with Teriyaki sauce and sesame seed oil. Add a blend of Wasabi and mayonnaise to the bottom bun with some slices of Japanese pickled ginger.
