Storage & handling
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
Pan frozen in 3 x 4 configuration, 2" apart. Bake from frozen in pre-heated oven for 17 - 19 minutes at 410ºF rack/deck oven, 360ºF convection oven until golden brown. Do not proof. Baked products to be consumed within 24 hours.
