WHEAT flour, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, yeast, WHEAT gluten, salt, cardamom, emulsifier ((E472e, E471), hardened rapeseed oil, anti-caking agent (E170), antioxidant (E300), flour treatment agent (E300), acidity regulators (E330), aroma. Storage & handling

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the fridgerater. The buns are to be proofed at 37°C in 40-50 minutes. Brush with egg and add a stripe with vanilla custard to the center of the bun. Bake at 180° C in 7-8 minutes. Let cool before decoratin
