Ingredients

WHEAT flour, water, sugar, vegetable fat (rapeseed), WHEAT bran (3,6%), yeast, salt, WHEAT gluten, flour treatment agent (E300), emulsifier (E472e, E471), pizza spice (1,07%) (tomato powder, basil, paprika powder, parsley, garlic powder, onion), enzyme (amylase, xylanase, hemicellulase). May contain traces of milk, soy, almonds and sesame.

Storage & handling

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the refrigerator. The buns must be proofed at 37°C in 40-45 minutes. Bake at approx. 180°C for 7-9 minutes.
