Rye sandwich, sliced

This Rye Sandwich bread is pre-sliced, full of grain and baked from rye flour and wholegrain wheat flour. Rye kernels, flax and sunflower seeds and barley malt extract have been added to the dough and the loaves are sprinkled with oats. Their size is perfect for a satisfying sandwich. The low height of the loaf and its soft texture makes it easy to eat – even on the go. This loaf bears the Nordic Keyhole symbol.


Water, RYE flour 23%, RYE kernels 15%, WHEAT flour, wholemeal WHEAT flour 8,5%, OAT flakes 4%, WHEAT gluten, BARLEY malt extract, linseeds 2%, sunflower seeds 2%, yeast, syrup, iodised salt, vinegar, sifted RYE flour, emulsifier (vegetable E471 and E472e), BARLEY malt flour, WHEAT malt flour, flour treatment agent (E300), thickener (E412). May contain traces of milk.

Storage & handling

At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.

Thaw the bread on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in the bag in refrigerator, overnight.
