Rolls with Sourdough and chia/millet.
A rustic sourdough rolls with a crisp crust and a deliciously tart crumb. The chia seed bind liquid ten times its own weight which keeps the rolls very moist. The millet gives the rolls exactly the right crunchy feel when you take a bite.
