Rolls with Sourdough and chia/millet.

A rustic sourdough rolls with a crisp crust and a deliciously tart crumb. The chia seed bind liquid ten times its own weight which keeps the rolls very moist. The millet gives the rolls exactly the right crunchy feel when you take a bite.

Ingredients

WHEAT flour, water, sourdough 10% (water, fermented WHEAT flour - durum WHEAT flour - RYE flour) , chia seeds 6%, millet seed 6%, wholemeal WHEAT flour 6%, linseed, OAT flakes, WHEAT gluten, RYE flakes, iodized salt, sifted RYE flour, yeast, emulsifier (vegetable E472e), WHEAT and BARLEY malt flour, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of sesame seeds and milk.
