Pumpkin Rolls with Sourdough

An inviting rustic roll baked in a stone oven with Schulstad Bakery Solutions’ own signature sourdough. Whole pumpkin seeds have been added to the sourdough and the rolls have been decorated with pumpkin flakes and whole kernels on top. The rolls can be used for breakfast, as rolls for individual covers or small sandwiches. The flavour is full, but mild.


WHEAT flour, water, sourdough 12% (water, fermented WHEAT flour -durum WHEAT flour, -RYE flour), durum WHEAt flour 10%, pumpkin seeds 9%, WHEATGLUTEN, iodized salt, sifted RYE flour, yeast, emulsifier (vegetable E472e), WHEAT malt flour, BARLEY malt flour, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of sesames and milk.
