Organic wholemeal loa, dough

This Organic Wholemeal Loaf is made with wheat flour, rye flakes, crushed barley and sunflower and flax seeds. The Wholemeal Loaf has a nutty taste.

Ingredients

Organic WHEAT flour 42%, water, organic RYE flakes 8%, yeast, organic granulated BARLEY 3,5%, organic WHEAT gluten, organic sunflower kernels 2%, organic linseeds 2%, iodised salt, organic sugar, dried sour dough 1% (organic RYE flour, sour dough culture), organic dextrose, thickener (E412), organic WHEAT malt flour, flour treatment agent (E300, amylase). May contain traces of walnuts.

Storage & handling

Ensure the products are covered with plastic. Defrost for approx. 180 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. Once defrosted, keep the products covered and let them rise for approx. 45-60 minutes at 35°C 75% RH or place in a warm area unt
