Muffin Dough with Chocolate
The finished, frozen chocolate muffin dough comes in a 2-kilo box that is easy to handle and portion. The dough is made to an original American recipe which makes the muffins extremely moist and delicious – and it contains large pieces of both dark and milk chocolate. The dough can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 8 days. Remember that you can make many other things in addition to muffins from this dough – it can be used for whole chocolate cakes or – if extra sugar is added – for cookies, e.g. with salted peanuts.

Storage & handling
Thaw the Muffin dough overnoght in refrigerator. Place the Muffin dough in Muffin-forms with a diameter of 80 mm. Other sizes can also be used. Bake for approx 18 min. in a air oven at 190°C. However, the baking time may vary depending on the size of the
