Danish Breakfast Roll with poppy seeds

Danish Breakfast Rolls are traditional bakery handicraft – baked from wheat flour and a touch of sourdough and sprinkled generously with white poppy seeds. The crust is crisp and the crumb is soft and delicious.


WHEAT flour 70%, water, poppy seeds 3% , rapeseed oil, iodized salt, sugar, dried sourdough (fermented WHEAT flour, salt), yeast, emulsifier (vegetable E472e), dextrose, WHEAT malt flour, flour treatment agent (E300), thickener (E412). May contain traces of sesame seeds.
