Traditional bun with vanilla cream. Raw dough. Glaze and coconut must be bought separately.


WHEAT flour, water, vanilla custard 18,9% (water, sugar, modified starch (E1414), whey powder (MILK), coconut fat, sabilizer (E412, E401, E516, E450), colour (E170, E160a), MILK protein, aroma, salt), sugar, vegetable oil and fat (rapeseed oil, fully hardened rapeseed and coconut), yeast, cardamom, salt, vegetable emulsifier (E472e, E471), butteraroma, flourtreatment agent (E300), ensymer. May contain traces of soy, egg, hasselnuts, almonds, sesame seeds.

Storage & handling

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the fridge. The buns are to be proofed at 37°C in 40-50 minutes. Bake at 180° C for 7-9 minutes. Let cool before decorating with icing and coconut.
